Tips to Fall Asleep Easier

Some ways to fall asleep easier are: sleep in socks, don’t sleep with your animal in bed, do yoga in bed, don’t stay in bed if you can’t sleep, write down anything that’s annoying you, set an alarm to tell you it’s bedtime, make your room as dark as possible, use incense or aromatherapies and get a white noise machine.
